Our 10′ x10′ diameter Red Balloon was used as a “story pole” to help residents visualize what allowing 60 ft high-density structures would do to the surrounding area.

It was marched down Morena Blvd in 2014 by 450 neighbors who wanted to be a part of the City’s Planning Process.
