University Heights resident, Kristin Harms, has created what I call The Alligator Map, which is Kritin’s CCHS (Complete Communites Housing Solution) interactive map. CCHS is the program created by the Mayor, his Planning Department, and voted for by his City Councilmembers.

** This map does not include 4601 Almayo Ave, 92117, 2019 Chicago, 92110, 4578 Jicarillo, 92117 or 2936 Fairfield St as these are Alligators built under the City’s ADU Bonus Density Program.
